The Infarto,Scheisse! is a screamo/metal band from Bergamo. Some of them previously played in LaFalce (they sounded,in my humble opinion, like Converge italian version and that means they were gooooood).
If you like bands as Converge, Acme, Uranus, Reversal Of Man and Botch,well, that's your cup of tea.
